Responsibilities and Requirements:

Two years or more experience as an administrative assistant with knowledge in seminar and event planning, as well as social media and digital marketing.

  • Have a friendly and professional telephone manner, as well as for meeting/greeting clients in the office

  • Perform miscellaneous clerical duties as required

  • Required knowledge of client management databases (CRM), Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to pay strong attention to details to ensure accuracy

  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

  • Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks

  • Strong and practical skills in verbal and written communication

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Have a proactive approach to client service and problem-solving

  • Must be a self-starter and be able to take initiative

  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
