Our client is a full-service title and real estate settlement provider. They specialize in comprehensive title insurance protection and professional settlement services for residential and commercial real estate purchases and loans in the State of Michigan. 

The principals of this title company have been in the real estate and title industry for over 35 years and offer a wide-range of experience and training. 



  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate closings with Buyers, Sellers, and respective parties.

  • Manage interface between company departments. 

  • Prepare correspondence, email communications, and telephone conversations as needed to support company staff in client management.

  • Perform word processing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned.

  • Monitor client files and direct necessary actions to various departments. 

  • Accurately input initial order entry tasks (training will be provided)

  • Oversee and manage social media accounts on multiple platforms.

  • Stay up to date with emerging social media trends to incorporate creative designs and innovative ideas to drive higher engagement on social media.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone etiquette.

  • Fast and accurate typing skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business.

  • Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

  • Excellent organizational skills including ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.

  • Ability to respond promptly to shifts in direction, priorities and schedules.

  • Experience in real estate preferred, but not required.

  • Motivated individual; attention to detail; positive influence within the office


$15 - $18/Hour
