Our client is a leader in financial services marketing seeking a highly experience Chief Marketing Officer to lead their B2B and B2C marketing efforts. Reporting to the CEO, the CMO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to increase brand awareness and equity, drive revenue growth, and acquire and retain clients.

In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus, and at least 10 years of marketing management experience in a high-growth environment, ideally in financial services. They should have proven experience in senior marketing leadership roles and a track record of driving business growth and achieving results. The candidate should also have strong people management skills, as they'll be responsible for the overall success of the marketing team, leading and coaching them and providing a vision they can rally around.

Overall, the CMO must be a strong contributing member of the senior leadership team who can help guide the company through its strategic plans while maintaining financial stability and discretion.
