As part of a high-performance team, the Content Marketing Manager is responsible for the execution of the overall content strategy, including curating high-quality content to support the company's B2B growth objectives. The Content Marketing Manager is a digital athlete who implements strategy across product marketing collateral, website content, media and public relations, digital ad copy, email marketing, and other external communications. This role will lead company's social media and blog strategy and will work closely with the Campaign Manager to ensure brand/voice consistency across all lead/customer campaigns. This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing.


  • Prepare and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with company goals.

  • Plan, create and oversee the content production of all sales and marketing materials.

  • Develop and deliver overall SEO Content Strategy.

  • Brainstorm and collaborate with team for new ideas and content strategies.

  • Build a following on social media; post innovative content.

  • Create schedule and calendar plans for content releases.

  • Manage all online and print content materials and campaigns.

  • Manage content on the website, social media pages, email campaigns, and responses.

  • Monitor, track, and document content results; analyze data/returns/customer response.

  • Research market trends and competitors to compare strategies.

  • Collaborate with campaign managers, creative team, and designers.

  • Edit, proofread and improve posts and liaise with colleagues/ 3rd party content providers to ensure brand consistency.



  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, English, or related field.

  • 2-3 years relevant experience (B2B professional services marketing preferred).

  • Expertise in creating and delivering SEO Content Strategies.

  • Must possess strong B2B social media skills.

  • Aptitude for persuasive writing for communications with editing and proofreading skills.

  • Up to date on cutting-edge marketing communications techniques and technology.

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce, & Marketing Automations Systems (HubSpot preferred).



Salary Range: $45k - $50k
