The largest independent digital engagement company is hiring a Creative Project Manager to oversee the creative development of promotional websites, digital rebate programs and custom loyalty solutions for the company's Fortune 500 clients. 

They need a professional juggler who also doubles as a master collaborator. Someone who appreciates the creative process and can work with the team to find a quick solve when curveballs inevitably arise. A skilled negotiator who understands that the clients, their agencies, and every department is all one team working toward the optimal outcome. 


  • Manage the creative development of promotional, rebate and loyalty websites.

  • Create and adjust timelines to ensure milestones are met and stakeholders are informed.

  • Oversee department resourcing (internal staff and external vendors).

  • Manage multiple programs at once while serving as the team’s key point of contact.

  • Facilitate scoping of creative efforts for new projects.

  • Lead weekly team resourcing meetings.

  • Assist in leading client/agency calls to align on creative deliverables and due dates.

  • Take meeting notes and brief the creative team on all deliverables, specs and timelines and communicate updates as needed.

  • Coordinate with clients, agencies and vendors to compile assets and facilitate creative production.

  • Ensure timely completion of creative deliverables and updates.

  • QA websites and coordinate changes with creative, development and PM teams

  • Facilitate creative handoff to development.

  • Assist in coordinating creation of company's marketing materials.

  • Work with business development and internal teams on RFP and other sales initiatives to define and map out deliverables and establish timelines.

  • Continuously strive to optimize department operations and improve both client and internal project efficiencies.



  • 3+ years of project management experience working with creative, UX and development teams (agency or in-house).

  • Experience managing the creation of websites and social media programs.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (bonus points for experience in Adobe Suite).

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail .

  • Collaborative and intuitive; a great listener who can ask the right questions, interpret sometimes vague direction and clarify feedback, and build consensus to deliver on expectations.

  • Experience with digital workflow programs such as Salesforce, Active Collab, Microsoft Sharepoint, etc. a plus.
