THE OPPORTUNITY

As digital marketing manager, you will manage the company's social media strategy and digital content for all company brands. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Establish, activate and manage an integrated strategy across all digital channels including social media, website, email, text and intranet.

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop monthly and quarterly campaigns to align with company initiatives.

  • Lead the creation of digital assets and copy that accurately reflects brands' values and propositions for content on all platforms.

  • Build, engage and maintain a community of our brands’ supporters.

  • Identify content, trends and affinity groups that appeal to our brands’ target networks’ mindsets, attitudes, & behavior.

  • Stay on top of industry trends and consumer preferences.

  • Track performance and introduce methods to optimize performance.

  • Track and report insights and develop actionable strategies to boost audience following, reach, interactions, and growth on all social platforms.

  • Investigate innovative social tools, systems, platforms, and services against business goals and deliver solutions that are actionable.

  • Own digital content organization and internal management of assets.

  • Lead a team consisting of Content and Event Specialist.

WHO YOU ARE

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media and digital marketing and is capable of understanding and implementing cutting edge strategies using digital platforms.

Skills:

  • 3+ years Social Media Marketing experience required with a proven professional portfolio.

  • Expert knowledge of all marketing and social media channels, as well as, media analysis and reporting.

  • Ability to create and build communities, identify trends and respond proactively.

  • Must be an excellent, authentic storyteller. Excellent command of grammar, spelling and creative writing.

  • Must have exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain a heavy workload and meet deadlines; a talent for working with others and communicating.

  • Problem solver with the ability to think creatively, intuitively, and unconventionally.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with multiple teams and provides a positive influence on other team members. Effectively delegates work, when appropriate.

  • Thrives in collaborating with others inside and outside the company.

  • Must be willing and available to work outside of business hours on occasion — during crucial marketing campaigns and product releases.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Google Sheets, Slides.

  • Knowledge of Wordpress a plus.
