One of the largest salon franchisees operating three brands and nearly 400 salons in 7 states is looking for a Field Recruiting Partner. The Field Recruiting Partner meets hiring goals by filling open field positions with talented licensed cosmetologist professionals. This role is responsible for attracting and screening candidates, performing and coordinating interviews, facilitating offers and employment negotiations while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This is a critical role in achieving the organizational talent goals.


In this role, you will collaborate with leaders on an ongoing basis and proactively identify current and future hiring needs. This position is responsible for attracting field operations candidates using various sources, including social media networks, personal sources, influencers, employee referrals, etc. Ultimately, this position is accountable for ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.


  • Working with business partners, including Operations, Field Leadership, and HR to create and execute a unique talent acquisition strategy for a multi-unit and multi-region Salon franchise.

  • Creating and executing detailed professional action plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.

  • Managing the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing an initial lead through acceptance of offer and onboarding.

  • Identifying and engaging passive candidates through virtual networking, referrals, and creative channels.

  • Sourcing new candidates through inbound lead follow-up, outbound sales calls, and emails.

  • Remaining in frequent contact with field operations candidates to understand their needs, build conversations and nurture the relationship.

  • Providing professional post-hire support to increase the candidate's engagement.

  • Responding to complaints and resolving issues ensuring candidate commitment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.

  • Negotiating offers of employment and keeping accurate records.

  • Perform all recruiting activities through company systems/ATS.

  • Tracking key metrics including number of contacts, rate of response, percentage of offers and hires.

  • Miscellaneous duties including, but not limited to, project assistance with leadership and any other employee related tasks


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must possess initiative and uses data and input to execute sound business judgment.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, cross-functional, and multi-team environment.

  • Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to be flexible.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, especially candidates.

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word/Excel.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization, especially with the staff in the salons and other corporate team members.

  • Strong team player, highly motivated, and able to work under pressure during peak periods.

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

  • Prioritizes projects and tasks to meet deadlines while producing high quality results


  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience or strategic marketing or recruitment experience.

  • Cross functionally skilled and connected with marketing, hiring, sales, and relationship management.

  • Success in sourcing licensed professionals.

  • Multi-unit retail, service, or hospitality industry experiences are preferred.

  • Knowledge of Paycor is a plus.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications or Business preferred.


Base salary plus commission.
