The largest franchise of Regis Corporation branded hair salons, currently operates about 400 salons and employs approximately 2,700+ team members.

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Financial Analyst plays an important role in the daily execution of financial planning and analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of duties including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, ad-hoc analysis, and responding to business partners questions and requests. 
 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Reporting

    • Daily and weekly sales reporting and detailed product sales and inventory reporting.

    • Periodic financial and operational reports covering a wide array of topics such as labor, other expenses and margins, P&Ls, balanced scorecards, etc.

    • Monthly compilation of reports and schedules for board decks.

    • Weekly cash flow reporting.

    • Bonus/commissions calculations.

    • Partner with IT to ensure the integrity and accuracy of automated reporting (DOMO) and the data warehouse. Work with IT to automate as much reporting as possible. 

  • Forecasting

    • Assist with annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasts.

    • Assist with weekly cash flow forecasting and prepare various business forecasts as needed.

  • Ad-Hoc Analysis / Business Support

    • Function as a valued business partner to the cross functional areas in the company, particularly field operations, answering their questions and executing analysis requests.

    • Execute a wide variety of ad-hoc analysis as they arise and comfortably present findings to business partners and leadership in a clear, concise, and relevant manner.

The ideal Financial Analyst is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving ability. We are seeking a Financial Analyst who is self-motivated and gets projects and tasks done reliably, on time, and with minimal supervision.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.

  • 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a large multi-unit retail, service, or hospitality operation. 

  • Super high level Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, lookups, logical functions, macros, charts, data sourcing from external databases, and clean and efficient report design.  

  • Strong PowerPoint capabilities.

  • Expert level ability to utilize data warehouse platforms and ERP/Accounting software.

  • Servant leadership and customer service orientation. 

Salary range: $60k-$65k ideally; will offer $70k to an All-Star player.
