An experienced business development and client relations executive to help grow the company's base of professional advisors, primarily financial advisors. Currently, the company works with hundreds of strategic partners for financial advisors ranging from FMO/IMO’s to broker-dealers to insurance groups as well as other partners.


This Senior Executive role would be to work with the current strategic accounts in order to ultimately get higher penetration levels of advisors within accounts. The efforts will consist of working with marketing and insurance rep or OSJ’s within accounts in order to develop more financial advisor lead prospects for the products and services. Currently, the company offers a “Done for You” marketing solution to financial, legal and real estate advisors that is highly differentiated based on both its level of account management service as well as return on investment results. The primary solutions today are web-based and live events as well as social media management solutions. Further, the company is expanding its offerings to end-to-end solutions ranging from prospecting to client retention.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Work with existing host advisors to develop deeper relationships at their parent organizations.

  • Work with distribution partners within parent organizations to generate host advisor leads – primarily working with wholesaler reps, marketing reps, OSJs and channel partners.

  • Work with business marketing team to development account-based marketing programs.

  • Identify creative solutions to market to account-bases.

  • Attend live and virtual conferences to further network within the industry.

  • Identify creative marketing programs to engage active host advisors and referrals.

  • 5+ years experience in business development

  • 5+ years experience in financial advisory industry – IMO/FMO, BrokerDealers, Independent advisors

  • Existing rolodex of relationships within financial advisory industry

  • High aptitude to think creatively about account based marketing

  • Data driven, with the ability to read data, pull insights and provide strategic recommendations

  • Highly detail oriented

  • Extraordinary relationship-building skills

  • Willing to be accountable and manage to KPI’s

A competitive compensation package will be offered, including a base salary, quarterly bonus, additional bonus incentives, and sweet benefits.


Total Target Compensation: $200k-ish
