THE OPPORTUNITY

With 150 locations and nearly 1,000 employees, one of the largest tobacco chains in the country is hiring an experienced Franchise Development Manager who will be responsible for the sales process from initial solicitation through contract completion, playing a huge role in their large scale expansion. This includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and adherence to sales processes.

Primary Duties:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

  • Increasing the value of current customers by quarterly check-ins.

  • Travel as required (six times to a year) to assigned trade shows.

  • Conduct or assist in the presentation of the advantages, benefits and salable features of owning franchise.

  • Act as a liaison between landlord, franchisee, and attorney regarding franchise.

WHO YOU ARE

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

  • Ability to manage complex and multi task.

  • Ability to think strategically and tactically, develop achievable short and long-term goals

  • Ability to be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

  • Strong communication, critical-thinking, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work in a sales environment. Strong self-image and very positive attitude.

Salary Range: Up to $75k plus up to $10k per franchisee sign up
