FULL STACK DEVELOPER

THE OPPORTUNITY

The largest independent digital engagement company and a trusted partner to both Fortune 500 brands and leading agencies is looking for a Full Stack Developer who will work closely with business development, information architecture, project management, creative, and account management to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of top-notch technical solutions. This position will work with the aforesaid team to develop and implement dynamic, data driven designs for new websites as well as existing websites built with Microsoft technologies. The Developer will participate in the full systems life cycle with solution design, development, implementation, and production support. Knowledge of latest web technologies is required and a passion for the web.

Programs and Technologies Used:

  • Development IDEs: Visual Studio 2019

  • Database Technologies: Microsoft SQL Server (TSQL), DTS, SSIS

  • Web Technologies: React, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC (C#), JavaScript

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain websites utilizing the technologies listed.

  • Multitask between regular task requests, small projects and work as a team on larger projects.

  • Assist in conversion to newer technologies.

  • Work with and testing in all popular web browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, and Edge/IE.

WHO YOU ARE

Experience With:

  • .NET 4.7/4.8, .NET Core, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core 2.1/3.1/5, C# w/ Razor, Entity Framework Core, Generics, Visual Studio 2019, ADO.NET, T-SQL, .NET Security, Azure SQL, IIS 10+, Windows 10, Web API, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, npm, AJAX and UML, SOA architectures.

  • OOA & OOD concepts.

  • Cloud infrastructures, preferably Microsoft Azure.

  • Azure CosmosDB or similar NoSQL database experience (e.g. Mongo).

  • Cross-browser and interface testing.

  • CICD tools (e.g. GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).

  • SQL Server performance tuning.

  • Source code control tools, Git.

  • Unit testing, integration testing.

  • Troubleshooting & debugging Internet technologies.

  • Quality assurance testing.

  • Utilizing or building Content Management Systems.

  • Windows OS Environment.

  • React Redux.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years working experience with Microsoft .NET Framework (.NET Core, C#, MVC, ASP.NET, SQL Server).

  • Experience in system analysis, design, coding and testing.

  • Handling change requests and providing quick and efficient solutions.

  • Analyzing business requirements and transforming them into technical design.

  • Implement the design to develop and test the functional requirements.

  • Source code maintenance.

  • Administer development and production environments. This includes websites and databases.

  • Provide effort estimates and prioritize tasks.

  • Working in an Agile sprint based methodology to meet fast changing business requirements.

  • Assess risk and impact on the existing system that may arise due to any requirement or functional change.

  • Ability to receive direction and proactively resolve challenges and issues.
