A super savvy marketing technology leader is hiring an HR Generalist to be responsible for the day-to-day functions of people operations which includes payroll and benefits administration, talent acquisition, and HRIS management.  Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources; the HRG will also be involved in tracking mandatory and non-mandatory training, benefits reconciliation and audit, and parts of new hire onboarding.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • There will be a focus on Talent Acquisition including sourcing, recruiting and using ADP Workforce Now for recruitment records retention.  Typical requisition count varies from 1 – 7 at any given time.  

  • Use ADP Workforce Now to administer payroll, benefits, and all associated reporting. 

  • Involvement in talent acquisition and pre-onboarding processes.

  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.


An ideal candidate will be experienced in account service, self-motivated, client service driven, with a desire to be challenged.


Specific Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of general human resources administration

  • Good understanding of office procedures

  • Good organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Customer service and word processing skills

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Aptitude to learn new processes and procedures.

  • Microsoft Office experience is a must.

  • Must be able to work in a team environment and have great attention to detail.

Required Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience working in Human Resources in an HR Assistant/Generalist role
