Our client is a full-service influencer marketing agency who has an immediate opening for an Influencer Campaign Manager. They have run brand campaigns across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcast, Twitch, and beyond


  • Build relationships and deliver outstanding campaigns through key creators on YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, TikTok, etc.  You care about getting every detail right and going to go above and beyond to make sure brands and creators are happy.

  • Report to the VP of Operations and work closely with the Account and Media Planning teams and other Campaign Managers to make sure clients are satisfied. 

  • You have fresh perspectives to share and are here to create order out of chaos because that is what you are passionate about. 

  • Share your views on how to create the best systems for any operational need. and I’m genuinely excited when I make a system better than what came before.

  • Crunch the data -- get better and deliver on any opportunity that's in front of you.


Required Experience/Qualifications:

  • You've worked in Operations or Project/Campaign Management for at least 2 years and are hungry to make an impact and take on bigger challenges.

  • Your track-record is strong and you can point to concrete examples of how you've optimized organizations.

  • You are well organized and detail oriented.

  • ​Solving new problems energizes you, especially when solutions aren’t straightforward and clear.

  • You are comfortable executing and problem solving in new situations and emerging spaces where the answers aren’t clear.

  • You are authentic.​
