As the Manager of Product Marketing, you will lead all product marketing efforts. You will be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of go-to-market plans for new products/features in addition to driving awareness and overall product engagement. You will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and will have the opportunity to build the product marketing infrastructure. This role will be responsible for the build out the materials and tactics to support company’s expanding business. With each new product launch, new features, enhancements or optimizations, our sales and business development team require a suite of promotional and training materials that drive awareness, understanding, and intent. In addition, there will require additional channel marketing additions or enhancements to deliver the aligned GTM messaging to advisors. You will also be charged with the ideation and creation of these materials along with the development of customer advisor training curriculum supported through the online University.


  • Act as the primary liaison between marketing and product.

  • Develop the overall product marketing strategy and product positioning related to both done-for-you lead generation and nurturing to effectively articulate and differentiate our value proposition for go-to-market related to new marketing solutions, new features or enhancements.

  • Strategize and plan the launch of new products and features by working cross-functionally for a coordinated effort.

  • Build tools and tactics needed to effectively introduce new products/programs/features to market through marketing, sales training and enablement.

  • Understand the customer and create an advisor council. Incorporate customer feedback to make improvements on existing offerings and to help drive the development of new offerings.

  • Collaborate with marketing team to successfully coordinate launch products and new releases to drive demand generation.

  • Support sales through trainings and enablement tools that foster a deep understanding of what they’re selling.

  • Utilize communications from Advisor Portal to market new features and enhancements to advisor clients.

  • Develop strong market intelligence to understand the market and buyer behavior through sales insight, market research and competitive analysis. Bring relevant information to the appropriate product, sales and leadership teams.



  • 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience (SaaS experience preferred).

  • Possess an understanding of financial services (retirement plan market a plus).

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrates start-up mentality with the ability to operate in a collaborative team environment and adapt effectively to changing business priorities/strategies.

  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, adapt to changing needs, and tackle new challenges daily.

  • Acts with a sense of urgency.



Salary Range: $90k - $110k
