THE OPPORTUNITY
Key Responsibilities:

Successfully develop and deploy sales and marketing strategies with clients and prospects.

Manage the overall client relationship.

Drive consistent and predictable organic growth, client satisfaction, and profitability.

Demonstrate proficiency in the discovery process (sales due diligence) and conceptual presentation promoting the company's value proposition and differentiation.

Demonstrate the ability to identify and overcome sales obstacles on a prospect specific basis.

Demonstrate strategic thinking and innovation based on knowledge of the market.

Positively interact with the company's colleagues, including management team and service department, to provide a seamless experience for clients.

Perform all other duties as requested or assigned.

A consultative, positive, and resourceful approach to dealing with prospects, clients, and colleagues.

Strong and/or developing understanding of property and casualty insurance. Experience in a customer-facing environment – this doesn’t have to strictly be a sales role (e.g., if you are an amazing waiter/waitress/bartender or have retail experience, you are poised to succeed at this job!)

Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Solid computer skills (comfortable using email, multiple screens, and jumping between multiple browsers/applications).

High school diploma or GED.
Desired Qualifications:

Experience selling or servicing personal lines insurance.
-
Active insurance license.
