The largest independent digital engagement company and a trusted partner to both Fortune 500 brands and leading agencies is hiring an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join their Product & Marketing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about identifying problems and building solutions! The Senior Product Marketing Manager focuses on developing an in-depth understanding of the market, identifying opportunities, and driving go-to-market to bring these solutions to life. You will work most closely with Product & Engineering and Marketing teams along with cross-functional partners like Sales Leadership, Customer Success, Production and Creative. 


  • Lead market understanding, opportunity assessment, competitive analysis, customer feedback and represent the market with Product Management and R&D

  • Partner with Product Management to define vision, product strategy and roadmap for existing and new product development.

  • Define and execute go-to-market. Lead charter on defining product positioning, value proposition and naming.

  • Work with Product Management on partner/channel marketing in support of products and verticals.

  • Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point.

  • Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to set goals and develop regional growth strategy for key product adoption - Test and launch new industry-first products in-market by leading cross-functional teams including sales, legal, marketing, and PR.


The ideal candidate must demonstrate a passion & vision for digital incentivized engagement (promotions, rebates and loyalty programs) and data management (CDP, audiences, etc.) exhibit excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, and product positioning skills, thrive in an ambiguous environment and drive impact across teams.


  • BA/BS degree or above

  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing or product strategy experience with 3-5 years of in Marketing/Ad Tech or SaaS. 

  • Experience in taking digital products through full lifecycle and developing go-to-market strategies.

  • Leader that can manage a cross-functional team in evolving environment and be data-informed decision maker.

  • Communication skills: The ability to speak and write to a high standard is crucial. You will frequently have to present new products and write engaging copy, telling the ‘story’ of products, for various marketing channels.

  • Research skills: A crucial part of being a product marketing manager is gaining insight into customer needs and experiences. Analysis of data, surveys and customer interviews will be part of this mix and you need to be well acquainted with these techniques.


Target salary: up to $105k
