Our client is looking for an experienced Product leader to Head their Product efforts related to the marketing technology and user experience of the company's marketing technology platform and solutions. Their vision is to provide advisors marketing services from client acquisition through client engagement leveraging their SaaS marketing technology platform. The platform manages client acquisition digital campaign, email marketing and social media management. In this role, the person would have both Product Management responsibilities over both the marketing service solutions and the marketing technology platform. The Marketing Services solutions develop ‘done-for-you’ marketing solutions for financial advisors. The marketing technology platform is a SaaS platform that enables delivery of those services – messaging, email campaigns, social posting, etc. This role will require knowledge of the competitive landscape and ability to own the vision and strategy towards True North. The position will be on the Executive Team and report directly to the CEO.


  • Define and drive product vision, strategy and success metrics associated with both marketing services and technology platform.

  • For the “marketing services”, identify new topics and features for workshops, new lead programs such as appointments and new features for nurture and engagement.

  • For the “marketing technology”, identify new features for the platform and ways to build bulk administration for scale.

  • Own the user experience for both the “Done for you” advisor dashboard and the Enterprise DIY.

  • Become a leader in the industry, guiding the latest developments in the tools and technologies surrounding SaaS Marketing Automation.

  • Work with the Development and Technology teams to manage roadmap, stories/requirements, and timelines.

  • Identify and priority features and enhancements to optimize business strategies, outcomes, and product performance.

  • Monitor and identify areas that require improvements or optimization.

  • As a ‘performance-based’ organization, identify product enhancements that generate more successful outcomes for advisors.

  • As a “Done for You – based” organization, continue to identify ways to scale and automate delivery of marketing services.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing team to help implement go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful launch execution, and adoption.


You are experienced with product management and maintain a deep knowledge of agile methodologies, product strategy and user experience. You understand the importance of the financial advisor experience to improve impact and success for advisors. You understand the available marketing service tactics related to client acquisition, conversion and retention for financial advisors ranging from workshops to appointment and email and social media.


  • Excellent leadership, communication and relationship building skills.

  • You are a curious person that adapts quickly and enjoys a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

  • Strong understand of APIs, Dev Portals- including experience working on products with developer facing interfaces and shipping elegant customer-facing products.

  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in platform product management.

  • Experience in FinTech or Wealth Management.

  • 5+ years’ experience in product management related to Marketing Technologies or platforms.

  • Understand software development life-cycle principles and online services management.

  • Experience working with diverse teams and partners across complex organizations to achieve results.

  • Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple parties to deliver a product.
