This role is a rock star position in the company – the best combination of strategy, creativity, client acumen and analytical/technical prowess. This role is about ensuring the very best engagement to meet client objectives every time. It’s about scaling our talented sales team and ensuring a high initial success and even higher return rate. This is not a yes person role or just about CPQ (pricing) configurations and editing SOW’s; anyone joining this team needs to be a special someone with the right attitude, passion and commitment for success.  Solution Architects are key pre-sales, technical advisors, and product advocates, who help manage the sales process through technical evaluation and strategic recommendations to create customized solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a functional liaison and contributes to key meetings between sales, customer success, and key customer contacts.

  • Translates objectives into requirements, and defines features, phases, and solution requirements.

  • Prepares concise and accurate scoping and project summary documents.

  • In conjunction with internal resourcing, determines time frames for resources required to successfully implement projects on-time and on-budget.

  • Functions as a product, technology, and data expert through in-depth knowledge of company's products and integrated partner solutions.

  • Continuously relays feedback for improvements to product features and functions, to ensure sustained customer success.

WHO YOU ARE

Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in technical/sales, with an emphasis on web-based marketing programs

  • Client management experience.

  • Ability to collaborate across teams and time zones with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to translate technical requirements for marketing and non-technical partners.

  • Organized, extremely detail oriented and able to balance multiple priorities.

  • Capacity to influence and negotiate successfully with internal and external constituents.

Preferred Experience:

  • Marketing / Loyalty / Promotional Strategy know-how ; experience with a Marketing end-client

  • Technical/digital chops

  • Experience with sales briefs / scopes of work

  • Excited by client facing opportunities

  • Great writers / presenters / communicators
