Our client is the industry leader in incentivized digital engagements and the talented team behind many of the promotions, rebates, and loyalty programs that you likely participate in. 

The User Experience Architect designs intuitive wireframes and user flows for digital engagements ranging from chance-to-win promotions, UGC contests, rebates and offers or loyalty platforms for a wide range of Fortune 100 brands. These experiences are primarily websites tailored to meet specific client objectives, and require a blend of strategic thinking and creative problem solving.

The UX Architect plays a crucial role within the organization, working closely with team members across key departments to align on and deliver the optimal solution for each digital brand engagement.


  • Apply design thinking to the end-to-end customer experience

  • Translate business goals and requirements into effective digital experiences

  • Create UX documentation (wireframes, siteflows, user journeys, sitemaps and user interaction specifications) to communicate concepts and user experience designs to internal and external partners

  • Work closely with other team members including Solution Architects, Designers, Project Managers, Business Owners and Development Teams to bring your UX/UI to life

  • Take ownership of your projects as a whole, following them through to launch and relentlessly looking for the best way to solve business problems and improve the customer experience

  • Strong attention to detail with highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to manage own bandwidth, project deliverables and deadlines


You have a passion for digital design, uncommon attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex requirements into a product that is easy and enjoyable for people to use. You believe user experiences must be intuitive, and understand how to translate program requirements across multiple device types, platforms, and user scenarios.

Our client expects the candidate in this role to demonstrate ability to execute IA for transactional and promotional interfaces, demonstrate experience translating specifications into user interface design decisions and demonstrate ability to develop ideas, and execute flawlessly against them in a highly collaborative environment.

Experience and Skills:

  • 3+ years as a User Experience Architect, Information Architect, Interaction Designer, or similar role working with dynamic, high-traffic websites or software products. Digital agency experience or experience with a Fortune 500 company preferred.

  • An eye for design in general; and an understanding of key principles of information design

  • Experience creating wireframes, sitemaps, prototypes, personas and use cases

  • Strong proficiency with Axure RP and Lucidchart (or experience with similar wireframe prototype and siteflow applications)

  • Ability to succinctly and effectively present an idea to a group of stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to gather feedback from peers and stakeholders and incorporate to improve the final product

  • A track-record of delivering the highest quality of work, even under tight time constraints

  • An outstanding online portfolio with relevant examples of finished work, wireframes, prototypes, specification documents and/or process flows. The portfolio must contain recent work examples from your professional experience.


Target Salary: up to $75, to commensurate with experience
