Executive Assistant

Our client is looking for a methodical personal executive assistant to perform all administrative and clerical duties required by managing partner, as well as certain day-to-day operations to support the firm. An exceptional personal executive assistant will ensure that the managing partner’s time is maximized by effectively managing his schedules and ancillary tasks. Additional responsibilities may involve general office-management and other related administrative tasks.



  • Coordinate managing partner’s travel-related activities both professional and personal; including trip insurance program. Also will include some coordination of business travel for clients and deal team members.

  • Organize company events including staff appreciation events and investor conferences.

  • Manage ordering, assembling, and shipping of corporate and personal gifts.

  • Make/confirm reservations. Manage calendar and coordinate meetings and calls.

  • Run monthly spending reports, reconcile various bank and credit card accounts as needed, and compile and submit expense reports for managing partner.

  • Perform personal errands and tasks for managing partner.

  • Track items for annual income/corporate tax filings for managing partner.

  • Perform other personal assistant-related duties as needed by managing partner.

  • Minimum of three years’ experience with increasing administrative responsibility in a service role to an executive leader.

  • Organized, hardworking, reliable, growth mindset, trustworthy, discreet, humble.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills; well-spoken.

  • Attention to detail. 

  • Punctual, self-starter who assumes responsibility and can multi-task, shift and be flexible as situations arise.

  • High sense of urgency and responsiveness.
