Our client is hiring a qualified Attorney with at least 5 years of experience and a strong background in commercial law, ideally within the cannabis and tobacco industries. The successful candidate will have excellent research skills and the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks. The Associate General Counsel's responsibilities span reviewing leases, researching tobacco and cannabis laws, and drafting and reviewing various franchise, operating, and exclusivity agreements. Qualified candidates have a JD, a license to practice law in Michigan, and are in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan.
