THE OPPORTUNITY
A full service investment advisory firm is looking to add an experienced Client Service Specialist/Sales Assistant to their energetic, collaborative and client focused team. This well-established company specializes in wealth management and financial planning for affluent families, professionals, business owners, retirees, women, and special needs families.
Responsibilities:

Prepare, process and follow up on client service tasks, putting the utmost importance on accuracy.

Service existing clients, including processing retirement distributions, paperwork for investment changes, preparing client reviews, handling death claims, etc.

Run investment and insurance proposals for the advisors.

Heavy client communication; research and resolve issues.​

Assemble, organize and maintain all client paperwork: including new accounts, asset transfers, address/name changes, bank authorizations, beneficiary updates, etc.

Set up and maintain client management system.

Provide marketing support as necessary.

Ensure branch office meets broker/dealer's compliance requirements. ​

Assist with other duties and projects as assigned. ​

Qualifications:
-
Securities or related industry experience required.
-
Series 66 and/or Series 7 preferred.

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Strong competencies required such as: attention to detail and accuracy, ability to organize and prioritize work and tasks, being a team player, working under pressure, strong communication, professionalism, self-starter, etc.
