Our multi-unit retail client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee new store openings and remodels. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Architects and Contractors, including Electricians, Plumbers, Demolition, Carpenters, Alarm and Security contractors, etc. 

• Meet with municipalities for permits and inspections 

• Measure and tour spaces

• Prepare surveys and site plans

 

Requirements:

• Excellent AutoCAD abilities

• Highly proficient computer skills

• Experience and demonstrated success in the area of project management 

• Ability to travel throughout Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana 2-3 days per week
