THE OPPORTUNITY
Responsibilities:
-
Answer customer service emails – includes resolving customer issues, following up on customer inquiries, and providing accurate and timely status updates when requested by clients

Ensure the accurate and timely entry of new orders, amendments, and releases
-
Assist with new customer setup process and internal ERP (Sage) data maintenance
-
Send daily sales summary reports
-
Be an internal voice of the customer in daily production huddles and communicate important daily status updates from production to sales managers or directly to customers
-
Communicate effectively with other departments, including Sales, Manufacturing, Accounting, etc.

Answer company phone line and VOIP Voicemails
-
Additional responsibilities as assigned
