THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client creates software for local governments to manage the inner workings of their organization and the services they provide to residents. After a recent private equity acquisition, this fast growing FinTech company is hiring their first FP&A Analyst to provide analytical support to key management decisions.
Responsibilities:

Participation in the budgeting process

Developing financial models
-
Forecasting annual and quarterly profitability
-
KPI data collection and reporting
-
Cash flow analysis and recommendations
-
Cost projections
-
Participation in month end reporting and board decks
-
Explore investment options and related risks and opportunities
Requirements & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
-
4-6 years related work experience
-
Preferred experience in enterprise software field with understanding of SaaS accounting standards

Knowledge of forecasting and financial reports
-
Ability to work with all levels of management with proven business acumen skills

Ability maintain discretion related to investment decisions and financial information
