THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is an independent insurance agency dedicated to providing their clients customized solutions that fit their needs by offering insurance from dozens of the best carriers in the country. We are seeking experienced Sales Producers to join their growing team. The ideal candidates are looking to develop their careers by striving to become insurance experts and ensuring their clients have the proper coverage they need, all while delivering a best-in-class insurance experience.
Responsibilities:

Source prospects, quote policies, and bind the policies to convert prospects into clients

Successfully develop and deploy full cycle sales and marketing strategies with clients and prospects including prospecting activities such as lead generation and outreach through to closing

Demonstrate the ability to identify and overcome sales obstacles on a prospect-specific basis using market knowledge and strategic thinking

Work closely with management and service department to provide a seamless client experience
Qualifications:
-
Experience selling or servicing personal lines insurance

Strong or developing understanding of property and casualty insurance
-
Highschool diploma or GED
-
Strong computer skills, including email, multiple screens and working between between multiple applications

Consultative, positive, and resourceful approach to working with prospects, clients, and teammates

Personable and motivated to grow personal success
