Seeking a motivated Junior Controller to support the financial operations of a tobacco distributor and multi-unit retailer. Dually reporting to the Controller and CFO, this role ensures accurate financial records, compliance, and contributes to operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing financial operations: AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.

• Support preparation of financial statements and conduct reconciliations.

• Monitor cash flow, assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Help implement financial software and collaborate with auditors.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 2+ years of accounting/finance experience, ideally in retail or distribution.

• Proficient in financial software, including NetSuite and QuickBooks.

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
