THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is seeking a Properties Specialist to oversee the owned and leased properties of their 180+ location retail business. The Properties Specialist is a critical team member, reporting to the Vice President of Growth and Strategy.
Responsibilities:

Implementation of a Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure landlord responsibilities are carried out

Conducting annual insurance audits and making necessary adjustments

Managing maintenance records and insurance policies and performing CAM reconciliations

Maintaining and updating standard operating policies and processes

Managing the service desk, including receiving and assigning work requests through to follow up and invoicing

Assist with implementing an Emergency Preparedness Plan and other specialty projects as needs arise relating to new store openings and remodels

Assisting VP of Growth and Strategy with procuring materials
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Knowledge of commercial insurance and 2 years facilities, construction, or purchasing experience

Proficiency in Excel, Prolease, Asana, or similar softwares
