THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a well established and growing service provider located in Roseville seeking to hire an experienced Recruiter skilled at hiring for various levels of the organization, spanning field laborers, office staff, and executive team members. The Recruitment and Hiring Specialist reports to the HR Manager and will be relied on to demonstrate best recruiting practices.
Additional responsibilities include:

Filling open positions in a timely manner with well qualified candidates while collaborating closely with hiring managers through the use of job boards and active outreach

Maintain the hiring process including screening, interviewing, scheduling, assessing and offering candidates and maintaining the applicant tracking system

Assisting with reference calls and background checks and other onboarding related activities

Developing compelling job descriptions and manage open jobs across multiple job boards and websites

Communicating often and effectively with hiring managers to determine immediate and forecasted hiring needs

Encourage employee involvement throughout the organization regarding recruitment activities and promotions, including execution of the Employee Referral Program
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

3+ years in recruiting
-
2+ years using applicant tracking systems
-
Fluency in Spanish language is a plus

Excellent communication, organization and time management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
