THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is a leading provider of solar energy solutions seeking a highly driven and results oriented Sales Manager to help expand their organization. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, ensuring their motivation, productivity, and overall performance meets or exceed targets. Attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and ability to hold individuals accountable will be crucial to the Sales Manager success.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily team meetings to motivate and inspire the sales representatives.

  • Perform regular call reviews to provide feedback, identify areas of improvement, and ensure adherence to our sales processes and quality standards.

  • Conduct daily one-on-one trainings with sales representatives to address individual performance and development needs.

  • Utilize Vicidial and RDT systems to track daily sales performance, analyze data, and identify trends to inform decision-making.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the team's progress and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.

  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.

  • Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on team performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing or related field.

  • 3+ years in sales management or leadership roles

  • Proficiency in utilizing sales management tools, such as Vicidial and RDT, to track performance and measure results.

  • Solid understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
